Mauro Girini, current Athletic Director at Rome City Institute, holds a degree in Sports Science.

He brings extensive experience in soccer, including five years working with the youth academy of S.S. Lazio and one year with the youth academy of Perugia. He then spent three years as a technical assistant to Alessandro Nesta in Serie B, with stints at Perugia and Frosinone, where they reached a Serie B playoff final for promotion to Serie A.

Additionally, he served as assistant coach for the Italian Women’s National U19 team for two years and currently holds the role of assistant coach for the Italian Women’s National U17 team.
